Welcome to Slay Society by SIMMONS WORLDWIDE FZE ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.slaysocietyy.com (the "Site") and any products, services, media, or content offered by or through the Site. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site. By using the Site, you affirm you are of legal age and have the full authority to enter into these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS & ORDERING

All products are made specifically for each order. Once an order is placed, we immediately send it to production within 24 hours. As such:

  • No edits, cancellations, or changes are guaranteed after checkout.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to fraud risk, incorrect pricing, or suspicious behavior.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout but you may pay customs fees in your home country.

  • We accept payments via Shopify-approved processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all order totals.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Fulfillment times are typically 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary by region and depend on carrier performance. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes, or pandemics

  • Incorrect shipping info entered by you

  • Packages marked "delivered" that are lost

  • Duties, taxes, or import fees

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to our made-to-order model:

  • No returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

  • Replacements are only issued for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.

  • Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photo proof.

  • If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

We do not refund shipping fees.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site — including product designs, logos, graphics, code, videos, branding, text, and editorial — is owned by or licensed to Slay Society. You may not:

  • Reproduce, sell, exploit, or republish any part of the Site or products

  • Use our images or designs for commercial gain or resale

  • Use our likeness, brand name, or assets without written permission

We enforce our IP rights to the fullest extent under local and international law.

7. USE OF CELEBRITY & AI IMAGERY

We use AI-generated art and images of celebrities for editorial, transformative, and parody purposes only. These uses:

  • Are clearly non-affiliated and non-endorsed

  • Fall under fair use and expressive transformation doctrines

  • Do not imply sponsorship or partnership

By using the Site, you acknowledge that some imagery is stylized fantasy or satirical and accept this as part of our brand’s expressive identity.

8. USER CONTENT & CONDUCT

You may not:

  • Upload or share anything illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing

  • Hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Site

  • Impersonate others or use bots

  • Attempt to access data or areas unauthorized to you

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for any violation.

9. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

Some links may be affiliate links, and we may earn commissions on qualifying purchases. This does not influence our opinions or content.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Slay Society is not liable for:

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, cyberattacks, strikes, shortages, or governmental restrictions.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
