Made to order. Delivered to your doorstep. No warehouse chaos here.

✨ HOW IT WORKS

Every Slay Society piece is made just for you — we don’t mass produce, overstock, or sit on piles of inventory.


Your order is printed when you order it, which means it goes into production after you checkout. This lets us reduce waste, avoid fast fashion bloat, and create only what’s truly wanted. Period.

⏱ FULFILLMENT TIME

Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
We work with high-quality, ethical print partners and always aim to fulfill your order from the closest location possible to reduce delivery time and emissions. We're not here for shipping delays or climate guilt.

Once your order is printed and packed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow its journey.

🌍 SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times vary depending on your location. On average:

  • USA: 5-10 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • UK & Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & International: 7–15 business days

Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer, and in rare cases — due to courier or customs delays beyond our control — shipping can take up to 30 days.

If your order feels unusually delayed, don’t panic — reach out and we’ll help you track it down.

📦 TRACKING & DELIVERY

You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order ships.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but nowhere to be found, check with your building, neighbors, or local courier before reaching out to us (we can't do anything about it till you contact the courier).

Still lost? Reach out to your shipping carrier first. If they confirm it’s officially missing, email us at hello@slaysocietyy.com with a screenshot of their confirmation, and we’ll send you a free replacement. We got you.

 

💸 CUSTOMS FEES

98% of orders have no customs fees!

Customers outside of the EU, US, UK, CA, AU, NZ, Norway and Singapore may have customs duties to pay.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges aren’t included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility, if applicable.

We know — it’s annoying, but customs policies vary wildly and are out of our control. If you’re unsure, check with your local postal service or customs office before ordering.

 

⚠️ ADDRESS ISSUES

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — once it’s placed, we can’t guarantee changes.
Orders lost due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for free replacement.
