This FAQ is just a quick summary of everything you will find on the individual pages (please see those to expand on these points).
Q: Who runs Slay Society?
A: Slay Society was originally launched in 2022 as a merch brand by YouTuber Simone Simmons (aka simonesquared / simonesimmo). After going viral with our “je slay” tees and chaotic humour, we took a 3-year break, rebranded, and returned hotter, smarter, and emotionally unwell in a chic way.
Q: Are you fast fashion?
A: Nope. Every piece is made to order — which means no waste, no deadstock, no sad warehouses. Just fresh-printed slaywear, created when you order.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Please allow 2–7 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location:

Canada / UK / EU: 5–10 business days*

Australia / International: 7–15 business days*
*It can take up to 30 days depending on where you live, and unfortunately issues beyond our control with the shipping provider.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! We ship globally. Delivery time depends on your local courier and customs.
Q: Will I get tracking?
A: Yes — you'll get a tracking link once your order is printed and shipped. It can take 3-5 days to update! We like to use 17track.net to track shipments!
Q: My order says 'delivered' but it's missing?
A: First, check with your neighbors, mailroom, or local courier.
If the shipping company confirms the package is lost, email us at hello@slaysocietyy.com with a screenshot — we’ll send a free replacement.
Q: Do you print locally?
A: Yes. We work with ethical print partners around the world and always aim to produce as close to you as possible to reduce emissions and shipping time.
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Because each item is printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
A: We can’t accept returns for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
A: We’ll fix it! Email hello@slaysocietyy.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll replace it for free.
Q: How do I contact you?
A: Email us at hello@slaysocietyy.com. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days (and yes, we read every email with iced coffee in hand).
Q: Can I DM you on Instagram?
A: Please don’t. DMs get lost in the chaos. For anything order-related, email is your best bet.
